Emaar Al Hadeth & Emaar Designs is hiring for two roles: an Architect/Interior Designer with proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and 3ds Max, and an Office Manager with experience in administrative tasks and Microsoft Office. The Architect/Interior Designer will create high-quality design drawings and 3D models, while the Office Manager will handle office management, administrative duties, and multitasking.
Job Opportunity in 'Emaar Al Hadeth' & 'Emaar Designs' : Architect / Interior Designer : •Proficiency with AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and 3ds max. •CAD drafter, using AutoCAD software to create high-quality design drawings for building construction and project creation while including building codes and specifications for the design. •Proven experience creating 3D drawings in 3ds max. •prefer those who have a background in graphic design. Office Manager : •Good in-office program word, excel •Proven office management, administrative, or assistant experience •Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures •Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work •Attention to detail and problem-solving skills •Excellent written and verbal communication skills •Strong organizational and planning skills •language English, Arabic, and Kurdish is a plus. •Have good communication skills. •Can work under pressure.
