A creative agency in Erbil is seeking a People and Culture Officer. The role involves HR operations and creating a positive work environment. Preference is given to candidates from fast-paced environments.

I have a very interesting vacancy for a client that I personally feel attached to because it’s not everyday that you see a young founder who want to do the things in the right way and create a unique environment for his people. . . I am looking for a People and Culture Officer for a creative agency in Erbil. This isn’t a typical HR role that you must know all the operations side of the role to tick all the boxes. Yes, you need to know about performance appraisals, recruitment, training and development etc but the role also needs someone who can create a work environment where people feel home and belonged. It’s a rather junior role and preference will be given to candidates from fast paced environment. Before applying to this role please remember that they are not looking for a typical HR, they need someone who thinks out of the box, able to come up with cool team building activities to boost team work and productivity. Working is 6 days a week but Saturdays are chill days so you only work if there is an urgency for the work to be done!
