Job Announcement – Condition Monitoring Technician Bazyan, Iraq | Full-time TAURUS – Bazian Power Plant is seeking a Condition Monitoring Technician to strengthen predictive maintenance capability through routine condition monitoring activities. The role supports early fault detection on rotating equipment, reduces forced outages, and enhances maintenance decision-making through condition-based maintenance (CBM) practices in a combined cycle power plant environment. 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: Perform routine and ad-hoc condition monitoring inspections using vibration analysis, infrared thermography, ultrasonic testing, oil analysis, and other predictive techniques Work under the guidance of Mechanical and Reliability Engineers to execute CBM activities Collect, analyze, and trend equipment condition data to identify early signs of degradation Prepare accurate technical reports with findings, trends, and recommendations Establish and maintain baseline and historical condition data for rotating and static equipment Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and reliability improvement initiatives Execute CBM tasks in accordance with plant PTW systems and procedures Coordinate closely with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering teams Maintain CBM tools and ensure proper calibration and readiness Conduct maintenance statistical analysis on downtime and costs per equipment/system Update CMMS records (Maximo/SAP) with inspection results and task completions Coordinate with production and maintenance for inspection scheduling and corrective recommendations Ensure full compliance with plant QHSE policies and safety standards 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐄𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Field and office-based role (60% field, 40% office) 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related technical discipline Certification in Vibration Analysis (minimum CAT II required) Hands-on experience with AMS 2140 Emerson device or equivalent (mandatory) Infrared Thermography and CMRT (SMRP) certifications are advantages Experience with Bentley Nevada 3500/System One is highly desirable Hands-on experience with Maximo/SAP Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and reporting skills Ability to work under tight schedules in an operational environment 📩 Interested candidates are invited to apply via the link below: 👉 https://career22.sapsf.com/sfcareer/jobreqcareerpvt?jobId=765&company=onexholdin&st=43AB1F2DD2E1BA70EE8FF813DDE1183F69C8EE39 #All_Kurdistan_Jobs
