Agile Solutions is hiring for Site Engineer and Project Coordinator roles in fiber infrastructure projects across Iraq. Must have experience in fiber optic projects, civil works, and project coordination.
We’re Hiring at Agile Solutions! Join our growing team in the Passive Network Development / Civil Work Section and contribute to building advanced fiber infrastructure projects across Iraq. 🔹 1- Site Engineer (Fiber Civil Works) Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and manage on-site civil works activities (trenching, ducting, backfilling, manholes, and cable laying). * Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and technical standards. * Coordinate with contractors and field teams to maintain smooth workflow. * Monitor daily site progress and prepare reports. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. * Resolve on-site issues and escalate when necessary. Requirements: * Proven experience in fiber optic projects and civil works. * Ability to read and understand engineering drawings. * Strong site management and problem-solving skills. * Fully dedicated and flexible with working hours. * Willingness to travel across all provinces. 🔹 2- Project Coordinator Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate between management, engineers, and field teams. * Track project progress and ensure timelines are met. * Prepare daily/weekly reports and documentation. * Follow up on materials, logistics, and approvals. * Support project planning and scheduling.
