An international shipping and logistics company in Erbil is seeking a Customer Service Officer at the supervisory level. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least 3 years of experience in sales (preferably in shipping, freight forwarding, cargo, or logistics), and strong communication and negotiation skills.
