Job Title: Odoo Implementor Job Type: Full Time Location: Baghdad – Al-Qadisiya Company: Nova Technology Job Overview: We are looking for an Odoo Implementor, you will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and customization of Odoo ERP solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, design tailored solutions, and ensure a successful deployment of the Odoo system. Your expertise will ensure our clients can fully leverage Odoo’s capabilities to enhance their operations. Key Responsibilities: Lead the deployment of Odoo ERP systems from initial setup to final delivery, ensuring alignment with client requirements. Configure and customize Odoo modules to meet specific business needs, including integration with other systems as required. Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend effective solutions using Odoo. Provide comprehensive training to clients and internal teams on Odoo functionalities. Offer ongoing support to resolve any issues or questions post-implementation. Create detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, and processes to support knowledge transfer and future maintenance. Identify and address any technical issues or challenges during and after implementation to ensure smooth operation. Qualifications: Proven experience in implementing and customizing Odoo ERP systems, with hands-on knowledge of various Odoo modules. Proficiency in Odoo’s development tools and technologies such as Python, XML, and JavaScript. Strong ability to analyze business needs and translate them into effective Odoo solutions. Experience managing project timelines and deliverables effectively. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Odoo certification is advantageous. Experience with additional ERP systems and their integration with Odoo.
