A leading dairy company in Erbil is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to manage recruitment, employee records, payroll, and HR policies, requiring 2-3 years of HR experience and fluency in English and Kurdish.
Position: Human Resources Assistant Location: Erbil – Taimar Industrial Area Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Dalba Dairy Company, a leading producer of dairy products and ice cream, is seeking a highly organized and efficient Human Resources Assistant to join our dynamic FMCG manufacturing team in Erbil. The ideal candidate will manage HR operations, support employee relations, and accurately execute payroll processes with the highest levels of confidentiality and timeliness. This role requires strong knowledge of labor laws, social security regulations, HR best practices, and experience in payroll and recruitment management. If you have solid experience in HR practices, enjoy working with people, and possess integrity and professionalism, Dalba Dairy would love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee recordkeeping processes. • Monitor and track attendance, leave, and payroll preparation. • Implement HR policies and coordinate employee training and development programs. • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. • Serve as the main point of contact for all HR-related matters. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 2–3 years of experience in HR or a similar position. • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with HR software. • Fluency in English and Kurdish (Arabic is a plus).
