هەلی کار بە مووچەیەکی زۆۆۆر باش Job Opportunity: Service Manager (Heavy Machinery Industry)/ Iraqi National Location: Erbil, Iraq Industry: Heavy Machinery, Trucks, and Agricultural Equipment About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Service Manager to lead our nationwide after-sales service operations. Based at our Erbil Headquarters, the successful candidate will oversee multiple 3S (Sales, Spare Parts & Service) branches, ensuring operational excellence, technical efficiency, and superior customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage service teams across all regional branches - Develop and implement after-sales service strategies aligned with business goals - Oversee daily operations to ensure timely repairs and maintenance - Coordinate closely with Parts and Sales departments for seamless service delivery - Monitor technician productivity and improve service KPIs - Establish SOPs for diagnostics, repair, and maintenance - Handle major customer issues and escalations - Promote service contracts and preventive maintenance programs - Liaise with OEMs on warranty claims and technical support - Ensure continuous technical training for service staff - Manage reporting, budgets, and regulatory compliance Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (Master’s is a plus) - Minimum of 8 years of experience in after-sales service management (heavy machinery, trucks, agricultural equipment) - Proven track record managing multi-location service operations - Strong technical knowledge in diesel engines, hydraulics, diagnostics, and electronics - Familiarity with international heavy equipment brands - Fluency in Arabic and English is essential; Kurdish is also required - Willingness to travel frequently to regional branches across Iraq To Apply: Send your CV to [email protected] Please mention in the subject line: Service Manager (Heavy Machinery Industry) – Erbil, Iraq We strongly encourage Iraqi nationals to apply as part of our commitment to local workforce development. #hiring #varajobs #vacancy #iraqjobs #erbiljob
