This role is ideal for candidates who excel in customer service, team leadership, and showroom operations management. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily showroom operations to ensure a smooth and professional customer experience. Lead, train, and supervise showroom staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high service standards. Manage inventory, stock levels, and product arrangement within the showroom. Monitor staff performance and provide continuous coaching and support. Required Skills & Qualifications: Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory; Kurdish and/or English is a plus.
