مطلوب مسؤول ارشفة واداري/ ادارية لشركة في بغداد الجادرية Document Controller needed for a company in Baghdad / Jaderiyah Job Overview The Document Controller ensures that all company documents, including contracts, correspondence, and technical drawings, are accurately recorded, distributed, and managed in compliance with ISO standards. Key Responsibilities Correspondence & Printing: Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including the printing of letters, reports, and memorandums. Archiving: Maintain high-standard physical and digital archives; handle the storage and retrieval of project final documentation and data books. System Management: Establish and maintain filing systems in Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) and physical registries. Distribution: Facilitate the timely flow of documents to relevant departments and external stakeholders as per approved matrices. Requirements & Qualifications Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration is highly preferred for handling technical records and drawings effectively. Experience: Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in document control, ideally within the construction or engineering sectors in Iraq. Skills: Fluency in Arabic and English (written and verbal). Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Attributes: Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
