Senior HR/Admin Specialist role in Erbil reporting to the CEO. Responsibilities include managing HR-related matters, recruitment, training, and ensuring legal compliance. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree and 3-4 years of experience.
Announcement Vacancy: Senior HR/Admin Specialist Location: Iraq-Erbil Reporting to CEO Working Days: six days a week Main Tasks • Accountable for all HR-related matters • Handle the recruitment process by drafting/reviewing job descriptions, posting ads, selecting, and initiating first-level interviews • Setting up and implementing the induction training for new starters • Revise, update, and train employees on company policies & procedures • Update and maintain internal systems, records, and reports with accurate people data • Processing leavers, including preparing relevant documentation and updating systems accordingly • Ensure legal compliance at all times and that all legal formalities for locals & ex-pats are done prior to their deadlines (residency permits, visas, tickets, medical tests, etc.) • Support the payroll department by providing relevant employee attendance sheet reports on a monthly basis • Support HR priority projects with any administrative activity, and keep track of relevant deadlines • Acting as the first point of contact for all personnel queries and ensuring that the end-to-end HR the process supports a positive candidate experience at all times • Responsible for the stationary, purchasing of goods and consumables • Other tasks as required Qualifications & Competencies • Bachelor’s Degree in business management, HR, Psychology, or a related field • 3-4 years of experience in a similar position • Knowledge of labor legislation is a plus • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with people at all levels • Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize • High level of integrity • Proficiency with Microsoft Office • Bilingual in Arabic & English, Kurdish is a plus If you meet the above criteria, kindly send your updated resume to [email protected] #hr #hrhiring #erbil
