Job Title: Team Leader – Marketing Agency Agency: LOOM ⸻ Job Summary The Team Leader at LOOM is responsible for leading cross-functional marketing teams, ensuring the successful execution of client strategies, campaigns, and creative projects. This role bridges strategy and execution, aligning performance goals with creative output while maintaining high standards of delivery, communication, and accountability. ⸻ Key Responsibilities 1. Team Leadership & Management • Lead and supervise designers, content creators, media buyers, and account executives. • Assign tasks, manage workloads, and monitor performance. • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews. • Mentor team members and support skill development. 2. Strategy & Execution • Translate client objectives into actionable marketing plans. • Oversee campaign execution across digital platforms (social media, paid ads, content, activations). • Ensure brand consistency and strategic alignment in all deliverables. • Monitor KPIs and optimize campaigns based on performance data. 3. Client Management • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts when needed. • Present strategies, reports, and campaign results to clients. • Ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnership growth. 4. Performance & Reporting • Track campaign metrics and team productivity. • Prepare performance reports with clear insights and recommendations. • Identify growth opportunities for clients and the agency. 5.
