Ekleel is looking for a Digital (Social) Media Specialist for one of their Dermo-Cosmetic brands in Baghdad. Responsibilities include managing social media campaigns, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance data.

Ekleel is looking for Digital (Social) Media Specialist - Baghdad / Iraq For one of our Dermo-Cosmetic Brands The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing revenue through digital media through designing and executing marketing campaigns. After campaigns have been launched, you will extract and analyze data across multiple channels. Job Responsibilities Develop, implement and manage our digital marketing plan (i.e: all digital marketing activities and create engaging content aimed at growing our Social Media presence (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok...)) Manage daily content schedule of social content and coordinate with internal teams of key timelines/dates for brand launches/coordination of, assist with content creation ensuring increasing engagement. Report on performance and data analysis to improve social media strategy and planning. & Define the most important social media KPIs. Work with designers to ensure content is valuable and engaging Reply to comments and user inquiries on social media platforms Support with coordinating and organizing brand activation campaigns, influencer marketing, and community engagement events. Clearly understand and implement digital marketing campaigns which fit customer needs and target leads Can implement the paid ads in an efficient and cost effective way. Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities. & Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies Turn fans into customers Skills and Qualifications Education – Bachelor’s Degree or higher in marketing or related field with marketing or (Engineering). Experience – Minimum 2 years of working experience in Digital (Social) Media Marketing Languages – Speaking Arabic and Kurdish fluently, English is a plus. Solid knowledge of Digital Media Specialist techniques and principles Proven experience as a digital marketing specialist or similar role Experience building digital marketing platforms and programs are mandatory.
