Job Summary: As a Marketing Coordinator, you will support the marketing team by handling essential marketing activities, working closely with production teams, and driving social media engagement through fresh and innovative content ideas. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a passion for both creative and operational aspects of marketing. Responsibilities: • Marketing Tasks: Assist with daily marketing activities, including campaign execution, content distribution, and tracking metrics to optimize performance. • Production Coordination: Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely creation and delivery of marketing materials, including digital content, video, and graphic design, while maintaining brand consistency. • Creative Content Development: Generate and pitch fresh ideas for social media campaigns tailored to our audience in healthcare, with a focus on engagement and brand building. • Social Media Management: Assist in planning, scheduling, and managing posts on various platforms, ensuring content aligns with marketing goals and brand voice. • Performance Reporting: Track media metrics, prepare performance reports, and offer insights to enhance engagement and reach. Qualifications: • Experience: at least 6months of experience in a marketing, social media, or project coordination role. • Skills: • Familiarity with social media management tools and content creation platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite). • Basic project management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail. • A proactive approach with a natural ability to generate and develop creative ideas.
