Sallam Allaykum All Position: Civil and Structural Design Location: Home/remotely Company: www.westruct.co.uk We are looking for an experienced Civil/Structural Design Engineer to join our dynamic remote team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with structural steelwork and flexible building materials such as concrete, steel, and timber. Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for the preparation and/or modification of the following: • Civil/Structural engineering calculations • Civil/Structural engineering plans, designs, and layouts • Architectural plans for new and existing buildings Education & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering • 0–3 years of experience in civil and/or structural engineering (experience can be a combination of education and practical knowledge) Desired Skills & Software Proficiency: • Strong English communication skills • Structural analysis software (e.g., Robot Structural Analysis or similar) • Revit – Intermediate level • AutoCAD – Intermediate level • Good general computer skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to conduct independent research for technical details • Civil 3D - Advantage • Tekla Tedds – Advantage • Idea Statica (for connection design) - Advantage Work Arrangement & Benefits: • Probation Period: Two months (paid work) • Work Location: Remote (work from home on your own laptop) • Working Hours: o 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (UK time) during probation o After probation, flexible hours may be available based on performance About Us: www.westruct.co.uk is committed to delivering high-quality design and project management services in structural, architectural, and infrastructure development.
