You’ll work directly with clients to understand their goals, troubleshoot ad performance, and juggle multiple projects with ease. What You’ll Do • Develop & manage paid social campaigns (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, etc.) • Analyze metrics, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements • Communicate directly with clients to solve problems and report results • Coordinate with creative and strategy teams to meet deadlines What We’re Looking For • Proven experience in at least one major ads platform (Meta, TikTok, etc.) • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities • Fluent in Kurdish (Arabic is a big plus!)
