Education & Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field. - 5–7 years of retail operations experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. - Proven track record in managing multiple retail outlets or franchise operations. 2. Technical & Professional Skills - Strong knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and inventory management. - Proficiency in POS systems, retail software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Understanding of supply chain processes, stock control, and loss prevention strategies. - Native Arabic and Kurdish languages, and fluent in English. 3. Leadership & Management - Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, coach, and develop store managers and staff. - Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple priorities. - Decision-making and problem-solving skills under pressure. 4. Communication & Customer Focus - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal teams, malls management, and customers. - Ability to maintain high customer service standards across all branches. 5. Analytical & Strategic Thinking - Ability to analyze sales data, KPIs, and operational reports to make informed decisions. - Capability to develop and implement operational strategies to meet sales and profitability targets. 6.
