Al Thuraya is hiring a Data Analyst to join their Sales Force Effectiveness team in Baghdad. The role involves collecting, cleaning, and analyzing sales data, developing dashboards, and providing data-driven insights.
We are hiring Position: Data Analyst Department: Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Reporting to : SFE Manager Location: Baghdad - Iraq This opportunity is open for Iraqi nationals only. Key Responsibilities: • Collect, clean, and analyze sales and commercial data. • Develop dashboards and performance reports using Excel / Power BI / Tableau. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales force. • Support territory, customer, and product performance analysis. • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across CRM and reporting systems. • Provide insights and recommendations to the team and management. • Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, IT, Economics, or related field. • 2–5 years of experience in data analysis or sales analytics. • Strong skills in Excel (Advanced), Power BI or Tableau. • Experience with CRM systems. • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail. • Ability to translate data into business insights.
