Mass Group – Bismayah Gas Power Station is seeking a highly experienced HSE Manager to lead and manage all Health, Safety, and Environmental functions at Bismayah Power Plant. 🚧 Join a leading power generation facility and play a key role in shaping a strong safety culture and ensuring operational excellence. 📌 Key Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Industrial / Safety or equivalent) • NEBOSH IGC (Mandatory) – NEBOSH Diploma is a strong advantage • Minimum 6–8 years of experience in HSE, including leadership roles (10+ years is a strong advantage) • Proven experience in power plants or oil & gas sector • Strong knowledge of HSE management systems, risk management, and regulatory compliance • Hands-on experience in: LOTO / PTW / Emergency Response / High Voltage Safety • Leadership, communication, and team management skills 📌 Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the HSE department and site safety activities • Develop, implement, and continuously improve HSE policies and systems • Ensure full compliance with local regulations and international standards • Oversee risk assessments and control measures across operations • Lead incident investigations and drive corrective/preventive actions • Promote a proactive safety culture across all departments • Deliver strategic HSE initiatives and performance reporting 📌 Additional Note: Priority will be given to Iraqi candidates. 📩 Apply Now: Send your CV to: [email protected] 📱 For inquiries (WhatsApp): +9647722113388 +9647822113388
