This role is critical in ensuring efficiency, organization, and excellence across our company facilities and services. Key Responsibilities: *Oversee office management, facilities, transportation, procurement, accommodation, and records administration. *Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent, efficient operations. *Manage driver schedules, vehicle assignments, and logistics for staff and goods. *Coordinate accommodation, travel, and hospitality arrangements for staff, guests, and visitors. *Supervise housekeeping, kitchen operations, landscaping, and overall facility upkeep. *Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and procurement to ensure value and service quality. *Lead the administrative team, fostering professional growth, accountability, and collaboration. *Develop and control the administrative budget while implementing cost-saving initiatives. *Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards across all operations. *Plan and execute internal events, meetings, and employee welfare programs. *Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and service quality.
