Seeking a Regional Sales Engineer with cement industry experience to develop client relationships across Iraq, requiring travel, fluent English and Arabic, and strong PC skills.
Job Title: Regional Sales Engineer (Cement Industry) Location: Iraq (Sulaimaniya preferred) Overview: Multipower International is seeking Regional Sales Engineer with experience in the cement industry to join our team. The Regional Sales Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers and ensuring that they receive high-quality products and services. This position will require travel throughout Iraq and a strong ability to work independently. Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with customers in the cement industry throughout Iraq. - Understand customer needs and provide technical assistance and support. - Provide quotations and negotiate prices to win new business. - Develop sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets. Conduct market research and provide feedback on trends and customer needs. - Attend industry trade shows and events to promote the company and its products. - Work collaboratively with other teams such as engineering and operations to ensure customer satisfaction. - Prepare and deliver presentations to customers and internal teams. - Provide regular updates on sales activities, opportunities, and market trends. - Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner. - Must be fluent in English and Arabic, and Kurdish language proficiency is a bonus. - Knowledge of sales platforms such as CRM is a plus. - Strong PC skills are required as all work is monitored through reports and tasks that will be generated. - Time management is important to ensure efficient use of resources. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in the cement industry, with experience in technical sales preferred. - Strong technical aptitude and understanding of cement production processes. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Arabic, and Kurdish. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. - Willingness to travel extensively throughout Iraq.
