Al-Uroush Automotive, BMW Importer in Iraq is looking for a Receptionist officer for Erbil Branch. Responsibilities: · Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude. · Assisting clients in finding their way around the office · Announcing clients as necessary. · Preparing meeting and training rooms. · Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary. · Provide excellent customer service. · Scheduling appointments. Requirements: • A bachelor’s degree in a related field. • A minimum of 3 years experience. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Proficient in all Microsoft applications. • A team player with leadership skills. • Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction. • Fluent in Arabic, Kurdish and English, written and oral.
