Identify and approach potential clients (architects, consultants, contractors, developers, government projects). Prepare and deliver company profiles, presentations, and proposals. Follow up on quotations, tenders, and contracts until project award. Build and maintain long‑term client relationships. Coordinate with technical and production teams to prepare accurate offers. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Civil Engineering, or Architecture. 2–5 years of experience in marketing/sales (preferably in construction, building materials, or engineering). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to understand technical drawings and specifications (advantage). Fluency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English.
