Job Vacancy at Miswag Job Title: Associate Product Manager Department: Product Location: Baghdad, Al-Dora Working Hours: (09:00 A.m. - 05:00 P.m.) Working Days: 5 Days a week Job Summary The Associate Product Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to help define product strategy, gather and prioritize customer requirements, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products. Responsibilities - Collaborate with Product Managers to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap. - Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive analysis. - Gather and prioritize product requirements based on customer feedback, market trends, and business goals. - Assist in the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches. - Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and launch. - Monitor product performance and gather customer feedback to drive continuous improvement. - Create and maintain product documentation, including user stories, product specifications, and release notes. - Support the product team in various tasks, including project management, data analysis, and stakeholder communication. Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. - 1-2 years of experience in product management, project management, or a related role. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus. - Proficiency in using product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Confluence) is a plus.
