We Are #Hiring Account Manager at Miswag! 🚀 Job Title: Seller Success Specialist (Account Manager) Department: Commercial Working Hours: 8 Hours Working Days: Sunday - Thursday Location: Baghdad, Al-Dora Job Summary: The Seller Success Specialist is responsible for managing relationships with seller, ensuring optimal product listings, and monitoring performance metrics to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: • Seller Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned seller, building strong, long-lasting relationships based on trust and mutual success. • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics for assigned sellers, including sales trends, conversion rates, and customer feedback. • Seller Success Planning: Develop and implement Plans to improve seller performance based on data-driven insights and market trends. • Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular performance reports to seller, highlighting key metrics, achievements, and areas for improvement. • Issue Resolution: Proactively address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by sellers to ensure a positive experience and optimize seller satisfaction. • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, and customer service to coordinate efforts and achieve common goals. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Account Management, Seller Success, or a similar client-facing role — preferably within the eCommerce or retail industry. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable plans. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with sellers. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other reporting tools. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively. • Knowledge of online sales processes, digital marketing concepts, or marketplace operations is a plus.
