They interact directly with our customers to listen to concerns and resolve problems. A proactive customer service associate will anticipate customer questions and familiarize themselves with products and services to offer the best service and recommendations. 🔸المسؤوليات: - Respond Promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via telephone, social media, or email. - Processing and logging incoming calls. - Documenting customer interactions and compiling necessary documents. - Explain information clearly and simply in response to customer questions. - Assisting clients by demonstrating product use and addressing inquiries. - Use of positive language and anticipating customer needs. - Establish and maintain positive customer relationships. - Attention to detail and accuracy in providing information and solutions. 🔸المهارات والمتطلبات: - Bachelor’s degree - Good Arabic and English communication skills, both verbal and written. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - Empathy and patience to handle challenging customer situations with professionalism and composure. - Ability to adapt to changing processes and systems and quickly learn new technologies. - Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs. - In-depth understanding of the company’s products or services - Strong listening skills - Flexible schedule to accommodate customer needs. 🔸 للتقديم: Apply Here (https://lnkd.in/dUqNgC5N) فرصتكم ويانة أكبر 🧡
