Key Responsibilities: Handle customer interactions respond to inbound and outbound calls professionally, addressing inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a timely, courteous manner. Document and escalate accurately log call details and customer information, escalating unresolved issues to the relevant department when needed. Meet performance standards achieve daily/monthly targets for call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction while following company scripts and policies. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (fresh graduates strongly encouraged to apply, no prior experience required). Strong verbal communication in Arabic, with good listening and problem-solving abilities.
