Integrated Path is looking for an IT Support Specialist to work with the Technical Support team, in order to provide seamless IT service to existing clients and be the primary contact to solve tickets and respond to technical queries and provide monitoring according to International standards. As a Technical Support Specialist here at Integrated Path, you will help us achieve our mission by accelerating value for longstanding. This role collaborates with other client-facing roles, is part of a growing team, and heavily impacts INTEGRATED PATH's success. We're looking for someone who is investigative, empathetic and has great communication skills. An ideal candidate will have the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical personnel in a clear and easy fashion. Moreover, Technical Support Specialists need to talk to customers directly, as well as to require excellent written and verbal communication.
