Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced and talented Advertising Senior Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans and initiatives to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase customer engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, design, and account management, to ensure the successful implementation of integrated marketing campaigns. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and plans to achieve business objectives and targets. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand their goals and objectives, and translate them into effective advertising and marketing campaigns. Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape. Create compelling marketing messages and content across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and other mediums. Oversee the production of marketing materials, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, provide recommendations for optimization, and report on key metrics to stakeholders. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and creativity within marketing initiatives. Mentor and provide guidance to junior marketing team members, fostering their professional growth and development. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and delivering exceptional customer service. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to execute marketing initiatives and manage budgets effectively. Qualifications Proven experience (5+ years) in advertising and marketing, preferably within an agency setting. Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies, with a focus on digital marketing and advertising techniques. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM software, social media management tools, and analytics platforms. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and strong editing capabilities. Demonstrated creativity and innovation in developing marketing campaigns that captivate and engage target audiences. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage client relationships.
