Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced and talented Advertising Senior Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans and initiatives to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase customer engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, design, and account management, to ensure the successful implementation of integrated marketing campaigns. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and plans to achieve business objectives and targets. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand their goals and objectives, and translate them into effective advertising and marketing campaigns. Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape. Create compelling marketing messages and content across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and other mediums. Oversee the production of marketing materials, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, provide recommendations for optimization, and report on key metrics to stakeholders. Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM software, social media management tools, and analytics platforms. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and strong editing capabilities. Demonstrated creativity and innovation in developing marketing campaigns that captivate and engage target audiences. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions.
