Al-Uroush Automotive, BMW Importer in Iraq is looking for CRM Agent in Erbil. Tasks and activities of the role: • Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints. • Following call center “scripts” when handling different topics. • Identifying customers’ needs, clarifying information, researching every issue, and providing solutions. •Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
