The role demands a high level of technical expertise, strong leadership, and strategic planning skills to ensure the operational integrity and reliability of plant assets. The Maintenance Manager is directly responsible for the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of maintenance operations, including turbines, generators, controls and governor systems, transformers, BOPs, and electrical infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with strong organizational skills, able to manage both preventive and corrective maintenance in a highly demanding and safety-sensitive environment.
