Responsibilities • Review tender opportunities and prepare technical & commercial proposals. • Clarify bid conditions and coordinate tender preparation with clients. • Ensure full compliance with organizational and client requirements. • Support cost estimation and price calculations. • Plan and track reviews, schedules, and submission deadlines. Qualifications • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. • Tools: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Strong understanding of power solutions and technical support. • Language: English (mandatory). • Nationality: Iraqi (Arabic & Kurdish preferred). • Experience: Minimum 1 year in a relevant role.
