We’re Hiring: HQ Site Security Manager Location: Iraq Company: Al Hurea Security Services Al Hurea Security Services is seeking an HQ Site Security Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day security, logistics, and operational running of our Baghdad Headquarters. This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced professional who can manage people, facilities, security systems, and compliance in a high-responsibility environment. Key Responsibilities *Overall management of HQ building operations, security, and logistics *Supervision of HQ guards, facilities and cleaning staff *Management of armory access, weapon issue/return logs, and accountability *Oversight of building maintenance, repairs, cleanliness, and admin tracking *Conducting guard training and maintaining accurate training records *Maintaining accurate Persons on Board (POB) records *Daily AM/PM security and facility walk-throughs *Fire safety compliance, including drills, alarms, extinguishers, and muster points *Coordinating daily tasking meetings with Operations and Site Management What We’re Looking For *Strong background in security operations, facilities, or logistics management *Proven ability to manage guards and local staff professionally *Experience with armory control, fleet/serviceability oversight, and reporting *Organised, detail-driven, and comfortable running trackers and logs *Confident communicator able to liaise with operations leadership *Prior experience in Iraq or similar environments is a strong advantage Contract & Benefits *Competitive salary *Employer-provided insurance *2 paid flights per year *Rotational role: 5 months on / 1 month off *Structured probation and notice period How to Apply If you meet the above criteria and are ready to take responsibility for a critical HQ role, please send your CV to: [email protected] Subject: HQ Site Security Manager – Iraq
