We’re Hiring: Camp / Facilities Manager – Life Support Camp Location: Basra, Iraq Company: Al Hurea Security Services Al Hurea Security Services is seeking an experienced Camp / Facilities Manager to manage one of our life support camps in Basra, supporting international oil & gas and security operations. This is a senior, hands-on role requiring strong leadership, facilities oversight, HSE compliance, and day-to-day operational control of camp services. Key Responsibilities *Overall management of life support camp operations, including accommodation, maintenance, and facilities *Oversight of catering operations, food hygiene, HACCP compliance, and HSE standards *Management of fuel control, pest control, stores, and consumables *Daily, weekly, and monthly inspections and reporting *Stock control, inventory management, and expiry date tracking *Accurate Persons on Board (POB) management, signed and validated with the client *Supervision, training, and performance management of camp staff *Liaison with client representatives and internal operations teams *Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service delivery at all times Candidate Profile *Proven experience as a Camp Manager / Facilities Manager in Iraq or similar environments *Strong background in life support, hospitality, or remote site operations *Solid understanding of HSE, food hygiene, and HACCP standards *Confident managing multicultural teams and local staff *Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing reports, logs, and inventories *Strong communication skills with clients and senior management Rotation & Benefits *Rotation: 5 months on / 1 month off *Flights: 2 paid flights per year *Competitive salary *Employer-provided insurance *Long-term opportunity within a growing Iraqi company How to Apply Interested candidates should send their CV to: [email protected] Subject: Camp / Facilities Manager – Basra
