We're Hiring: Camp & Facilities Manager Location: Al Sharq Business Park, North Rumaila Oil Field, Basra, Iraq We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Camp & Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of our camp and integrated life-support facilities in North Rumaila. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with experience in camp management, hotel operations, accommodation services or facilities management to lead accommodation, catering, housekeeping, maintenance, welfare services and client-facing operations within a growing operational environment. Key Responsibilities: • Manage daily camp and facilities operations, including accommodation, housekeeping, catering, maintenance, welfare areas and site services. • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, presentation and operational readiness. • Supervise site teams, contractors and service providers to ensure efficient service delivery. • Coordinate with catering, maintenance, security, medical and administration teams. • Manage room allocations, inspections, maintenance requests and operational reporting. • Ensure compliance with company procedures, HSE requirements and client expectations. • Promote professionalism, accountability and continuous improvement across the business park. Candidate Requirements: • Minimum 3 years' experience in camp management, facilities management, hotel operations or accommodation management. • Experience within the oil & gas, construction, industrial, hospitality or remote-site sectors is highly desirable • Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills. • Experience managing multicultural teams. • Good knowledge of accommodation standards, housekeeping, catering coordination and client service. • Strong Microsoft Office skills. • Fluent English (essential). Arabic and/or French language skills are advantageous. Preferred Qualifications: • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management or a related discipline. • HSE, First Aid, Fire Safety or Food Safety qualifications are beneficial.
