Seeking a Technical Coordinator to manage activation and maintenance plans, attend stakeholder meetings, and support operational activities at Baghdad-based company.
Job Title: Technical Coordinator Company: Hala FTTH Location: Baghdad Al-Mansour Job Type: Full-Time Job Description: As a Technical Coordinator at Hala FTTH, you will play a pivotal role in helping operating teams manage resources and information and assists with scheduling and planning meetings and activation and maintenance activities. The technical coordinator role may include additional duties and responsibilities and require expertise in a specific area, such as FTTH or human resources. Responsibilities: · Maintaining and monitoring activation and maintenance plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures. · Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings. · Documenting and following up the work of Rehabilitation, Manage service, Activation and Maintenance. · Preparing necessary sheets to follow up the teams (insource and outsource) work and achievements. · Ensuring Activations and maintenance deadlines are met. · Providing administrative support as needed. · Follow up and audit the checklists and prepare the payment form for contractors. · Prepare purchases order and Materials requests related to OSP Dept. work. · Follow up the daily work for insource and outsource teams and prepare the daily reports for OSP Dept. activities. · Assess Activations issues and provide solutions where applicable. Qualifications: - Bachelor Degree in Communication Engineering or a related field. - 3 years’ experience in operation field and the Fiber Optics field. - Previous working experience with IT or ISP companies is preferred. - Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. - Problem-solving skills. - Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills. - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. - Good team management. - Must be organized, able to multi-task, flexible, and able to work under pressure. - Ability to work on tight deadlines. - Good site work follow-up and tracking. - Knowledge of telecommunications. - Written and oral communication skills. - Interpersonal skills and customer service orientation. - Planning, prioritizing and organizing. - Problem assessment and problem-solving. - Flexibility and adaptability.
