Seeking an operations assistant in Erbil to handle data, report, manage procedures, and assist management in various operational tasks.
Arminas Company for construction – Erbil Branch has an open vacancy for operations assisstant . • Position: Operations assistant • Full time 9:00am – 5:00pm • 6 days in a week Our branch in Erbil is seeking trustworthy candidates who work efficiently without sacrificing accuracy. - The candidate can expect to work with large amounts of numerical data, handle multiple tasks with deadlines, and provide transparent and complete reports to management. - The candidate should have a firm grasp of administration and management practices and regulations and possess strong computer and verbal and written communication skills. Operations often lead the purchasing, manufacturing and warehousing departments within a company to ensure consistency and quality of all products. They also work to improve these products and production processes. Because of their many different roles and job functions, operations officers have a lot of different responsibilities, including: • Reporting to and following the leadership of the chief operating officer • Developing and implementing company policies • Planning and budgeting for projects • Innovating products and processes • Monitoring operational prices to maintain and increase profit margins • Improving operational procedures to promote efficiency • Maintaining and analyzing all operational data • Monitoring product inventories • Ensuring adherence to company procedures and policies • Assisting with employee training and evaluation • Fostering relationships between clients, suppliers and vendors Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in related field. • Work under pressure. • Able to speak , read, and write in English, Arabic, and Kurdish language • Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills. • Understanding of mathematics and accounting and financial processes. • Professional behavior with staff and co-worker. • Attention to detail. • Advance speaking, writing, and reading in English and other languages are plus. • (The fresh candidates are more qualified).
