Job Vacancy In Sulaimaniyah Branch Medya Medical Complex is hiring a Pharmacy Supervisor! Job Title: Pharmacy Supervisor Reports to: Branch Manager Location: Kirkuk Road, Sulaymaniyah, Kurdistan Region, Iraq Position Overview: Responsible for organizing the tasks, products and services inside the pharmacy as well as creating a friendly and result oriented work culture which ensures patient satisfaction. Responsibilities, Duties, and Accountabilities: - Hire a pharmacy team based on MMC’s vision. - Implement SOPs set in place for daily operations. - Recommend changes to SOPs based on feedback received from daily observation of the operations. - Be an active part of the daily operations. - Create a productive and efficient culture within the pharmacy team. - Develop an extensive focus around patient centered care among the pharmacy team. - Monitor placement, storage, state, quality, quantity and expiry of products inside the pharmacy. - Provide periodic market research on different products based on need. - Continuously meet with and visit vendors to check on different products and offers available in the market. - Provide training to new pharmacy employees on HIMS and POS systems. - Record all transactions made with vendors. - Conduct periodic meetings with members of the team to get feedback, know about problems each employee is facing at work and ensure staff satisfaction. - Perform appraisals and promotions according to MMC guidelines. - Give performance feedback to members of the team periodically. - Oversee performance improvement plans set in place for team members who need it. - Supervise all aspects of daily operations according to set SOPs and guidelines. - Manage the work schedule for the team, assign tasks to them and oversee their performance. - Record, report and analyze incidents happening during operations and recommend ways to prevent their recurrence. - Recommend marketing approaches, campaigns and events based on products and services - Other tasks assigned by line manager. Required Knowledge, Skills and Attributes: Education: B.Pharm / PharmD Experience: 2 years related experience Language: Fluency in written and oral Kurdish, English and Arabic Working Hours: 48 hours per week Unique requirements of the job - Experience in leading a group and managing different teams - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Understanding high quality healthcare along with patient centered care - Professional reporting skills - Be able to visit vendors whenever needed - Strong project management and organizational skills - Excellent leadership and decision-making skills - Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and with tight deadlines - Ability to perform a wide range of duties and tasks How to apply Email us your CV through: [email protected] Subject: Candidate full name and position.
