KBR - Iraq is looking:IT Support Manager Location: Basra, Iraq Contract type: Full-time, Contract, 28/28, Required: Expats Professional Experience • Manage day-to-day IT support operations for site-based Oil & Gas activities. • Ensure high availability and performance of IT systems and applications. • Lead troubleshooting and resolution of IT incidents within SLA timelines. • Coordinate with Site IT Manager for strategic IT initiatives and upgrades. • Support IT project management activities using PMP standards. • Assist in planning and executing IT projects aligned with business goals. • Contribute to IT resource planning and capacity management. • Monitor IT budgets and cost control measures for operational efficiency.
