Production machine operator position in a leading packaging company in Erbil, responsible for setup, operation, and maintenance of M5 printing machine.

As part of our expanding operations, we are looking for a qualified M5 Operator to join our skilled production team in Erbil, Iraq. Job Description The M5 Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining the M5 printing machine to ensure efficient production of high-quality flexible packaging materials. This includes machine calibration, print control, and daily maintenance. Key Responsibilities · Operate and monitor the M5 printing machine for optimal performance. · Perform setups and changeovers based on production specifications. · Ensure accurate ink mixing, color matching, and print quality. · Troubleshoot minor mechanical and printing issues. · Maintain equipment and perform routine cleaning and servicing. · Conduct regular inspections and ensure quality control throughout runs. · Work closely with the production team to meet timelines and targets. · Follow all company safety protocols and production standards. Requirements · Proven experience operating M5 or similar printing machines in the flexible packaging industry. · Strong knowledge of flexographic printing processes. · Ability to work independently and within a team. · Proficiency either in English or Arabic is required.
