The Multimedia Specialist will be responsible for creating and managing a wide range of multimedia content, including graphic design, video production, animations, and social media content. The ideal candidate will have a strong visual sense and the ability to tell compelling stories through various media formats. Key Responsibilities: • Content Creation: Design and produce high-quality multimedia content including graphics, videos, animations, and infographics for use across various platforms (web, social media, presentations, etc.). • Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit videos for marketing campaigns, internal communications, and other purposes as needed. • Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics for social media posts, websites, marketing materials, and other digital platforms. • Animation: Develop animations and motion graphics to enhance video content and presentations. • Social Media Management: Develop and execute multimedia content strategies for social media channels, ensuring content is engaging and aligns with the brand voice. • Brand Consistency: Maintain consistency in visual messaging and ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines. • Collaborate: Work closely with the marketing, communications, and design teams to align multimedia content with overall marketing strategies and goals. • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and project goals are achieved. • Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in multimedia design and production. Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field. • Language: Mandatory English and Kurdish, Arabic is a plus • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in multimedia content creation, including graphic design, video production, and social media content. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Final Cut Pro, or other relevant software. (Experience in photography is a plus) • Knowledge of web design (Wix) and basic HTML/CSS. • Strong visual storytelling skills and a keen eye for design and aesthetics. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas effectively. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to creative brainstorming sessions. • Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
