Dwange Agency is Hiring: Videographer/Editor and Social Media Content Creator Position 1: Videographer/Editor Job Title: Full-Time Videographer & Video Editor Company: Dwange Agency Location: Sulaymaniyah, Iraq Requirements: ✅ Based in Sulaymaniyah (required) ✅ Full-time availability (no students) ✅ Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro Or Davinci Studio ✅ Experienced with gimbal operation and camera stabilization ✅ Strong knowledge of lighting setup (3-point lighting, natural light management) ✅ Proficient in English (reading technical documentation, collaborating with team) ✅ Fluent in Kurdish (Central Kurdish/Sorani) ✅ Portfolio demonstrating professional video work Responsibilities: Film and edit content for social media campaigns (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube) Conduct interviews and capture B-roll footage on location Manage lighting, audio, and camera equipment on set Edit high-resolution content optimized for various platforms Meet project deadlines and maintain quality standards Position 2: Content Creator (Hybrid) Job Title: Social Media Content Creator (Hybrid - Mobile & Office) Company: Dwange Agency Location: Sulaymaniyah, Iraq (Hybrid work model) Requirements: ✅ Based in Sulaymaniyah (required) ✅ Proven experience writing content for Reels and video scripts ✅ Portfolio of social media content (Instagram/TikTok/Facebook) ✅ Excellent written English (script writing, captions, research) ✅ Native or fluent Kurdish (Central Kurdish/Sorani) ✅ Understanding of short-form video storytelling ✅ Knowledge of current social media trends and platform algorithms Responsibilities: Write scripts for short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) Create engaging captions and copy for social media posts Develop content strategies and creative concepts for client campaigns Research trending topics and adapt them to client brands Collaborate with videographer to ensure script-to-screen alignment Write bilingual content (Kurdish primary, English when needed) Adapt tone and style for different industries and audiences.
