Job Title: Customer service representative Contract type: Full-time Monthly Salary: 800,000 - 1,000,000 IQD We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients, managing customer inquiries and concerns, and contributing to the overall success of the company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues through effective negotiation and communication skills. 3. Maintain accurate customer records and data in the company's database. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and improve overall customer satisfaction. 5. Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures. 6. Provide product and service information to customers, including recommendations and cross-selling opportunities. 7. Process customer orders and handle any related billing or payment inquiries. 8. Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns. Qualifications: • Proven experience in a customer service role, with a strong track record of delivering outstanding customer service. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate and resolve customer issues. • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. • Language requirements: Kurdish native, Fluent in English or Arabic Mention the position on email subject.
