Employee duties: • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner . Responding to correspondence on all social media sites and emails, and responding to customer inquiries and requests . KYC information audit . Follow up on orders and ensure they are received. • Welcoming visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answering any questions visitors may have • Maintain the reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times • Maintain detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and incoming calls • Receive delivery.
