This role is essential in ensuring service excellence by understanding customer needs, coordinating efficient repair processes, and delivering vehicles on time with full transparency. **Goals:** 1. Deliver excellent customer service and enhance satisfaction 2. Maintain high service quality and accuracy 3. Promote service department offerings and increase service sales 4. Coordinate accurate and timely vehicle servicing 5. Minimize no-show rates and support customer loyalty **Main Responsibilities:** 1. Identify and communicate customer needs effectively 2. Use the appointment system to optimize scheduling 3. Ensure vehicle cleanliness and protection materials are used 4. Provide clear estimates and update customers regularly 5. Promote service benefits and resolve complaints 6. Maintain complete customer records and invoicing 7. Follow up on customer reminders and service delivery 8. Manage fleet service accounts and reporting **Qualifications:** 1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field 2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience 3. Strong communication and customer service skills 4.
