Job Title: Marketing & Communications Specialist Location: Sulaymaniyah, Iraq Job Type: Full-Time : 09:00 AM - 05:00PM Key Responsibilities: 1. Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness, attract new customers, and retain existing ones. Identify and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategy. 2. Public Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and industry partners. Write and distribute press releases, manage media inquiries, and coordinate press events. 3. Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with overall business objectives. 4. Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing and communication efforts. Provide insights and recommendations based on performance data. Qualifications: 1. Proven experience in marketing, communications, or public relations, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry. 2.Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies. 3.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic. 4.Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns. 5.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 6.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 7.Must own a car and have a valid driver’s license for transportation purposes 8.
