Duties and Responsibility: • Leading, motivating and managing the sales team to meet or exceed targets. • Managing whole operation (Order, Invoice, Logistic, Payment…etc). • Risk Management (following receivables of Customers). • Coaching Sales team. Manage and coordinate marketing activities with sales team. • Analyze market trends and competition to create effective plans • Reviewing customer survey results and feedback to measure customer satisfaction and reporting to Management. • Organizing and supervising VIP events, receptions, and engagements to promote the project.
