📢 Job Announcement: Melting Furnace Supervisor 🏢 Company: Almas Aluminum 📍 Location: Arbat Industrial Area, Sulaymaniyah 🏭 Department: Production / Melting & Casting 🔎 Position Summary: Almas Aluminum is seeking a skilled and technically proficient Melting Furnace Supervisor to lead melting and casting operations. The role covers the full production cycle—from raw material charging to billet homogenization and cutting—while ensuring compliance with metallurgical standards and strict safety procedures. ⚙️ Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Technical Oversight - Supervise furnace charging processes - Monitor temperature cycles - Manage refining processes (fluxing & degassing) 🔹 Production Management - Oversee homogenizing and cutting machines - Ensure billets meet precise technical specifications 🔹 Quality Assurance - Verify chemical compositions - Ensure all batches receive QC approval before processing 🔹 Operational Leadership - Supervise team members and machinery - Maintain smooth 24/7 operations and reduce downtime 🔹 Safety Leadership - Enforce "Zero Moisture" policy - Ensure use of heat-resistant PPE (aluminized suits, face shields, etc.) 🔹 Administrative Reporting - Record production data, fuel consumption, and cycle times - Use ERP systems and Microsoft Excel for reporting 🎓 Requirements: - Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Metallurgical Science - Experience: Minimum 2 years in industrial production - Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems - Skills: Strong leadership and coordination abilities 📧 How to Apply: Send your CV to: [email protected] 📅 Deadline: 25 April 2026 ⚠️ Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. #All_Kurdistan_Jobs
