**#KRDHolding** Looking: **#HR_Staffing_and_Pipeline_Coordinator** 📍 Location: Erbil, Kurdistan Region 🔸 **#Responsibilities**: - Coordinate staffing needs and maintain manpower plans and vacancy trackers - Support recruitment processes including interview scheduling and candidate follow-ups - Build and maintain talent pipelines for key and recurring roles - Track hiring progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders - Manage and update candidate databases within ATS and HR systems - Support sourcing and pre-screening for high-demand roles - Prepare recruitment reports (vacancy status, time-to-fill, etc.) - Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of recruitment data - Collaborate with HR teams and hiring managers on workforce planning - Support performance evaluation tracking and employee project coordination - Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns 🔸 #R**equirements****:** - Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field - 2–4 years of experience in HR coordination or recruitment support - Strong knowledge of ATS, HRMS, and Microsoft Office tools - Experience in data tracking, reporting, and pipeline management - Fluent in Kurdish and English, Arabic is a plus 🔸 #S**kills****:** - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication and stakeholder management - High attention to detail and data accuracy - Ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines - Proactive and solution-oriented mindset - Strong confidentiality and professionalism 📧 How to Apply: Send your CV to: [email protected] Please mention “Staffing & Pipeline Coordinator” in the subject line.
